SCARF officially opened Community Re>paint Black Country on November 3rd 2005 with the world famous Dulux dog, Tom in attendance.
Community Re>Paint Black Country is part of a nationwide initiative to reduce the amount of useable paint going into landfill and at the same time helping local people to improve their environment.
You can collect paint from the SCARF store if you are a community group, charity, school or voluntary project. Paint is also available if you are on a low income, formerly homeless, an asylum seeker, refugee or have special circumstances. All paint collected from SCARF is subject to a small handling fee.
If you would like to visit the SCARF store we have emulsion and gloss paints in stock in 2.5 / 5 litre cans as well as matchpots and smaller cans which are ideal for murals etc. Masonry paint and other household type paints are also available.

Community Re>Paint will also accept unwanted but useable paint for reuse. Paint can be brought to the SCARF store during opening hours. Due to restricted space within the store we are unable to accept paint cans that are less that half full. If you would like to donate paint pleasr contact us (01902 558603)
Community Re>Paint Black Country only collects useable paint that is suitable for domestic application including:
Emulsion, Gloss, Eggshell, Undercoat, Primer, Masonry paint, Exterior paint, Varnishes and Woodstain
We cannot accept:
Paint stripper, Paint thinners, Paintbrush cleaners, Wood preservatives and treatments, Car paint, Specialist and industrial paints, Aerosol and spray paints, Cellulose-based paint, Paint not in it's original container, Paint over 10 years old, Unuseable paint.
