Community Makers Project 2015 - The Pheonix

SCARF, the Schools and Community Arts Resource Facility, and Bilston Craft Gallery is inviting the people of Wolverhampton to take part in an exciting collaborative display of creativity that is on show in the Gallery's main exhibition space. SCARF's "Community Makers Project" is offering every Wolverhampton child, the opportunity to decorate a feather which will become part of a Phoenix sculpture exhibited at Bilston Craft Gallery until the end of March 2016.

We would like to say a big thank you to the many Wolverhampton schools have already joined in our "Community Makers" exhibition by bringing in their decorated feathers. Please join us in encouraging individual creativity and recycling by contributing to our giant Phoenix sculpture at Bilston Craft Gallery.

You will find everything you need to get involved on here or, community groups and individuals are all invited to download a template and join in!

Alternatively, you can drop into the gallery and spend some time decorating feathers to be added to the sculpture. If you have already sent in feathers why not visit the gallery to see if you can spot yours?
